Located in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Mud Creek Baptist Church provides ministries to the greater Hendersonville area and its surrounding region. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Dr. Greg T. Mathis, Mud Creek Church has developed a wide variety of diversified ministries to meet the needs of both membership and community. The flagship program is C.A.R.E. (Christians Actively Reaching Everyone) which provides ministry to hundreds each week through personal contacts and evangelism. Mud Creek also has extensive support group and counseling ministries, preschoolers, children, and students, and a variety of Bible study opportunities on Sunday mornings and evenings. Providing the core on ministry at Mud Creek Baptist Church is the preaching ministry of Dr. Mathis, which serves as the focal point of worship opportunities on Sunday mornings at 8:30, 9:45, and 11:00 AM and Wednesday evenings at 7:15 pm.
